Kinhouse Terms of Service

Welcome to Kinhouse. By signing up, creating a household, or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or create a household. By creating an account, you affirm and warrant that you are 18 or older. Minors are not permitted to register accounts; children may only participate via parent-managed profiles administered by an adult.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions taken under your account.
2. Households & Membership Roles
Kinhouse allows household owners to invite family members with specific roles (Owner, Adult, Viewer). Owners can manage membership, promote or remove members, and configure settings. Invites are shared via direct links and are not sent by Kinhouse automated email.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Kinhouse offers Free and Plus subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed through RevenueCat or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the end of the billing period. Cancellations remain active until the expiration date.
4. AI Features & Output Disclaimer
Kinhouse incorporates AI-assisted suggestions for chores, meals, and daily debriefs. These features are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. While designed to be helpful, AI-generated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Users should independently review and verify schedules, dietary restrictions, and household plans.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Kinhouse, including attempting unauthorized access to other households, reverse engineering internal APIs, submitting abusive or unlawful content, or generating spam notifications.
6. Termination & Account Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time in the app settings or by submitting a request at /delete-account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
