When will Kinhouse be available?
Kinhouse is currently in private preparation and coming soon to Android on Google Play. Join the waitlist above with your email and we will notify you as soon as early access invites open.
Do my kids need their own email addresses or accounts?
No. Account creation is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 and older. Children participate through parent-managed profiles created and controlled by adult household members—no child email, phone number, or separate login required.
How do multiple households and invite codes work?
Every household owner can generate a direct share code (for example, kinhouse.app/join/CODE) and send it via text or messaging to partners, co-parents, grandparents, or caregivers. You can belong to multiple households and assign Owner, Adult, or Viewer permissions.
How does the shared calendar handle shift workers?
Alongside standard family events and school runs, Kinhouse lets you log rotating shift patterns—early, late, night, or custom cycles—so every adult in the household can see who is on duty or resting before scheduling plans.
Can we share recipes between different households?
Yes. In addition to planning your week's dinners and scaling recipe portions up or down in one tap, you can share favourite family recipes directly with another Kinhouse household.
How is our family data protected, and how do I export or delete it?
Kinhouse has zero ads and never sells your data or uses it to train public AI models. You can export your household data at any time, and you can permanently delete your account and all solely-owned household data immediately in the app settings or via our /delete-account page.
