Who can create an account on Kinhouse?
Account creation is restricted to adults aged 18 and older. Children do not create independent accounts; they participate as parent-managed profiles created by adult household members.
How do household invites work?
Invites are generated by household owners as direct share links (e.g. https://kinhouse.app/join/CODE). Kinhouse does not send automated invite emails; you share the link directly via messaging or email with your family.
How does AI debrief and privacy work?
Kinhouse uses an AI provider solely to summarize scheduled chores, dinners, and events for your household. Full names, email addresses, and account credentials are never shared with AI models. Data is not used to train AI models.
How do I manage my subscription or cancel?
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play or RevenueCat. If you cancel, your Plus benefits remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account immediately inside the app under Options & Settings → Delete My Account, or submit a request on our Account Deletion page.
